R&B’s Class A CDL Training Program provides students with the necessary skills to begin driving a truck professionally. This has allowed R&B to provide first-rate training and, prepare students for a successful career in the truck driving industry.
Expert Training for Future Drivers
A Class A CDL License is needed to operate any combination of vehicles with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds. Vehicles requiring a Class A CDL license are primarily tractor-trailers driving long distances
Training will include:
Hands-on driving at our facility and on the road.
Trip planning and compliance with DOT.
Detect and identify maintenance problems on tractor-trailer units
Backing, turning and coupling/uncoupling.
Securing loads properly.
Permit class to obtain learners permit.
Endorsement class for hazmat, tanker, double and tripples
50 and 200hr Courses
The 50-hour courses provide basic awareness training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. The course also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and filing a complaint.
The 200-hour courses provide a greater depth and variety of training on an expanded list of topics associated with workplace hazards in each industry. OSHA provides authorized trainers procedures for each industry program on the topic outlines for each industry.

Comprehensive, hands-on truck driver training with expert R&B instructors. From the classroom to the practice pad, our staff provides a safety-focused training program that will help prepare you for a career as a professional truck driver.
1. Train you to become an entry-level Class “A” CDL licensed professional truck driver during our 200 hour course.
2. Provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the required Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills, and Road Test and well as the written tests required by texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
3. Provide you with the training that Major OTR companies expect from their entry level student drivers.
4. Provide you with the training to become a safe, qualified Class “A” CDL training student graduate.
Automatic & Manual Transmission Trucks are available. You will learn how to drive both so that you are prepared for wherever your career takes you.
Top-notch practice equipment and facilities, including spacious classrooms, specially designed field-driving courses and late-model tractor-trailers exclusively for student training.
Classes that focus on CDL license exam preparation and skills necessary to become a professional truck driver.
Multiple Training Locations in Texas. You can take your CDL License exam right at the school.R&B is a Certified Third Party Skills Testing (TPST) provider Trucking companies send representatives to our schools looking to hire our graduates. They will explain what pay and benefit packages that they offer so that you can compare who you want to work for.
Job Placement Assistance helps our graduates find work before they even finish school. You may be pre-hired by a trucking company before you even graduate!
Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify. We work with students with all types of credit histories to try to help them pay for school.
